During your visit you can just observe or, if you wish, take a free introductory lesson tailored to your interests. We recommend participation because it allows you to get a "taste" of the training.
If you plan to participate, please wear loose fitting clothing that cover the knees. Also, we ask that you fill out our registration form. You may fill this out online ahead of time and bring it with you. Just click here.
